कंपनी (रजिस्ट्रीकरण कार्ायलर् और फीस) संिोधन जनर्म, 2023 है। (2) र्े जनर्म 23 िनवरी, 2023 को प्रवृत्त होंगे। 2. कंपनी (रजिस्ट्रीकरण कार्ायलर् और फीस) जनर्म, 2014 (इसके पश्चात ‘उि जनर्म’ के रूप में संिर्भयत) में,- (क) जनर्म 8 के पश्चात, जनम्नजलजखत जनर्म अंतःस्ट्थाजपत दकर्ा िाएगा, अथायत:- “8क. प्ररूपों पर हस्ट्तािर.- इलेक्ट्रॉजनक प्ररूपों को, िहााँ भी अपेजित है, दिवाला एवं पठरसमापन के अधीन
