These Regulations may be called the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Credit Rating Agencies) (Amendment) Regulations, 2022. 2. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 3. In the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Credit Rating Agencies) Regulations, 1999— I. in regulation 9, in clause (f), after the words “credit rating agency from” and before the words “rating of financial instruments”, the words “carrying out any activity as may be specified by the Board or” shall be inserted.
